It’s not enough to have lived. We should be determined to live for something. May I suggest that it be creating joy for others, sharing what we have for the betterment of personkind, bringing hope to the lost and love to the lonely.

After waking up in the morning and before starting to think about the day, take a few moments to breath and feel the stillness of your mind and body. Try to remember the dreamworld you were just experiencing. It’s a great way to start the day and it can help you to become more present in your dreams… which can eventually lead to lucid dreaming.
